If you wish to include a photo on the label, you will need to follow these instructions:

1. After you have paid for the item you have chosen you will be given an order number.
2. Send the photo and the order number by email to colourworks@btclick.com within 15 minutes of completing the order.

Send us a message to say that one will be sent later.
or
Send us a message to say that you are putting a photo (and order number) to accompany the order in the post (to 3 Clara Road, Belfast BT5 6FN).
You need to do one of these three things within 15 minutes of completing the order, otherwise we will proceed with creating the labels without a photo.

Please note:
1. Only one photo per order.
2. The photo must be in jpeg format only and not embedded in a Word document.
3. We only include the head & shoulders of the person(s) who the gift is for in the photo section (no other people or things they are holding or background items (unless unavoidable).
4. The area of the photo outlined in point 3 must be sharp. Please check that section of the photo by blowing it up to check for sharpness before sending. A good indication is the file size. If the file size is less than 100Kb then it may not be sharp. If the file size is over 100Kb but the area of the photo to be used is only a quarter of the photo then it may not be sharp.
5. A blurry or bad photo may spoil the gift. Please only include a photo if it is going to enhance the gift. There�s nothing more annoying in our work than adding a really poor photo to a really good label.
6. The photo box on the label designs is ideal for head and shoulder photos of individuals, but for couples (weddings, anniversaries etc) they need to be together and the photo must be taller than wide. Having two heads disembodied together (showing little or nothing below) will not fit in the photo area on the labels.
7. The Oxford and Seville label styles do not have a photo option.


Remember to check your emails regularly as we will contact you that way if the photo you send is too poor quality or not usable. If we do not receive a reply within 24 hours of sending it, we will have to omit the photo from the labels.
