How long
before I receive my gift?
Once we receive the order it
should take about 3 working
days to be delivered to you.
Orders need to be received
by noon to be included in
that day’s despatch.
Therefore if you order at
12:15 on a Friday, your
order will not be despatched
until Monday and therefore
should arrive by Thursday.
If it is going directly to
the person celebrating, we
will delay sending it until
near the date of the
occasion – unless you inform
us otherwise in the Special
Delivery section.

What if I’m
not in to receive the
package?
Orders are normally sent by
Royal Mail and need to be
signed for. If you are not
in, the postman will leave a
card (inc a consignment
number) which you will need
to take to the address on
the card to collect the
package. If you want it left
with a neighbour please
state this on the order
form.

Can I have
delivered on a specific day?
Sorry we can not guarantee
delivery on specific days.

How do I
include a photo with my
order?
Continue through the
ordering process and after
payment it will tell you
about emailing a photo to go
with your order. If there is
more than one person in the
photo, write in the email
which person it is (eg the
man with the white hat – 3rd
from left). Please ensure
that the photo is sharp and
clear. We only include the
relevant person(s) and only
their head and shoulders
(where possible).

I only have
a printed photo – can I use
it?
You can. Continue through
the ordering process and
after payment it will tell
you about posting in a photo
to go with your order. We
hold off sending the gift
until the photo arrives to
finish the label.

Can I use
any label?
All labels can be adapted to
suit any occasion. The ones
shown in this website are
just samples.

Do I receive
a proof of the label to
check?
No, this would be a
nightmare to organise. We
obviously take great care to
avoid errors, but if a
definite mistake has been
made we will send
replacements labels
immediately.

Do you do a
discount for multiple
orders?
If you are ordering more
than 4 bottles (with the
same label) then we would be
happy to discuss a discount.

Can I order
over the telephone?
Sorry, we can not take
orders over the phone. We
need all the details
typed/written out to avoid
errors.
